Partner with Macro
Advance the standard of care.
Advance care for your patients while growing your practice
Macro makes clinical research simple for busy clinicians. Whether you are an experienced investigator or new to research, our end-to-end support enables you to offer cutting edge therapies with no disruption to daily clinic operations.
It starts with one trusted research investigator
Every Macro partnership starts with a research-experienced anchor investigator, someone whose track record sponsors already trust. That credibility opens the door, and it brings the rest of the practice into research alongside them. Macro handles the operational standardization, so every new investigator runs to the same standard from their first study. One respected physician becomes a whole practice doing research well.
Two ways to partner with Macro
Site Partners
Site Partners hand the entire research operation to Macro. We staff the coordinators, run regulatory and IRB, negotiate the budgets, and bring the studies, so your practice adds a research revenue line without adding a research department.
Alliance Partners
Alliance Partners keep their own research team and full control of their practice. Macro brings the deal flow and handles the business side: sponsor relationships, budget negotiation, and contracting.
Many Alliance Partners expand into full Site Partner relationships as their research volume grows.
Compare your options side by side
| Site Partner | Alliance Partner | |
| What Macro does | Staffs the coordinators, runs regulatory and IRB, negotiates budgets, handles contracting, and brings the studies. Macro operates your research program end to end. | Brings the deal flow and handles the business side: sponsor relationships, budget negotiation, and contracting. |
| What your practice keeps | Clinical oversight, patient care, and identifying potential participants. | Your own research team and full control of your practice and daily operations. |
| Best for | Practices that want a research revenue line without building a research department. | Established research practices that want more studies and better terms without changing how they operate. |
